The First Bookless Library: Biblio Tech Offers only e-books
BiblioTech is a new library in Texas. The library does not hold any physical books. The library provides a digital lifeline to low income neighborhood. BiblioTech opened up its doors for the first time on September 14th on the south side of San Antonio. In a neighborhood where 40% of household do not own a computer.
